Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas

Hi All,

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Years, I know we did.  While it is always super busy and crazy it is my favorite time of year.  I love how our house feels all warm and cozy during the holidays with all the decorations and lights.  It really does just make my heart happy.  Mattie was really into Christmas this year.  She has always loved it but this year was different.  She only wanted to listen to Christmas songs in the car and she pretty much learned the words to most of them.  It really was just a happy and fun Christmas for us.

We started the season off right after Thanksgiving with our annual trip with the Waldroups to get our tree.

We joined Adam's sister Kelly and cousins Keegan and Molly for the Alpharetta tree lighting.  The weather tried to keep us home, but a little rain couldn't stop us.  We had such a great time.

We had our annual visit to see Santa.  Mattie was super excited to tell Santa what she wanted this year.  After seeing Santa we had to get back home so that Mattie and Adam could attend their first father daughter dance.  It was so stinking cute how excited Mattie and Adam were.

We attended our Christmas service at church with Adam's family and then before we knew it we were celebrating Christmas Eve Corrigan style.  So much fun!!!  We had a wonderful dinner and this was Mattie's first year reading her joke in an accent.  She was really pumped about it :)

My Christmas gift I opened from Adam on Xmas Eve. Adam recently took a trip to see a Packers game in Wisconsin.  While there he managed to take this little gem!!  We were big fans of Netflix's Making a Murder.  Needless to say I was dying laughing when I opened this.  

Christmas Day :)

Mattie bought gifts for me and Adam at school.  It was so awesome to see how excited she was to give them to us.  

Christmas Day with my family at Great Gran's.  We had so much fun.  There's never a dull moment there.  It's always great to spend the day with family, eating delicious food and opening gifts.  Thank you Heather for sharing your pics with me, I always get distracted and end up having so much fun I forget to take enough pics!!!

We were so blessed to have such a wonderful holiday season.  We can't wait to have our sweet baby boy with us next year!  I hope you all enjoyed the season as much as we did.  I will end with some baby belly update pics:)
