This Is MY Blog…I Have To Defend It!

The blog title was, as usual thought of by Adam in tribute to one of our favorite Christmas movies, Home Alone.

Christmas is my favorite time of the year, and spending it with our family and friends makes it even better.  We have had such a wonderful holiday season and are so incredibility blessed to be able to spend it with some pretty awesome people. 

Before heading to Georgia for Christmas we did a little pre-celebrating in California.  We took Mattie to our church's children's Christmas program.  She loved it!

Mattie was really into playing her harmonicas before we left.  I made this video and thought you all would enjoy seeing it.  A little glimpse into our everyday life.  Hahaha.

Our friends Eddy and Trish were so sweet to host a Christmas get together so we could see and hang out with all of our favorite people!  We had such a fun night.  You guys are troopers and the best hosts!  I am honored you would host knowing you had to be at the mall to see Santa the next morning at 8:30 am!  Yikes!!!!!

We always spend Christmas Eve at Adam's parents.  It was such a fun night.  The kids literally ran laps around the house.  I really enjoy getting to see Mattie have fun and play with her cousins.  I have such great memories of Christmas and being at my grandparents with my cousins.  I am glad she will have awesome memories with her cousins as well.

Adam's parents gave me an amazing new camera lens for Christmas.  Below are some fun pictures I took while playing around with it.  My favorite subject, Mattie was napping but lucky for me there was a super cute little boy for me to photograph.  I pretty sure Keegan was sick of me taking his picture by the time this was over :)
