Hi All,
We are totally in the Christmas spirit in this house. We have been busy with Thanksgiving, play dates, getting prepared for Christmas, and just life in general. This is really just a "catch up" post of the last month :)

| Turkey hat Mattie made at school. So awesome! |
We were invited to have Thanksgiving with some friends. We went with our friends Bo and Nikki (we had Thanksgiving with them last year) to their neighbors Cam and Alison's house. We have gotten to know Cam and Alison over the past year during cookouts and Pleasanton's Friday Night Concerts. They were so sweet to invite us over for their family Thanksgiving. They made us feel so at home and their family was so welcoming. It made it a little easier to spend a holiday away from our own families!

| Trying to get a picture of all the kids was not easy. This is the best we could get! |
Mattie and I also made a little time for a fall photo shoot. I had not taken good pictures of her since April!!! Get it together mom!
This past weekend we decided to check out this burrito place in the Mission District and take Mattie to Union Square to see the Christmas Tree. Adam and I are both suckers for a good burrito. I am a recent convert; I never really cared for burritos that much until we came to California. Every burrito I have had here has been really good. Adam and I both agreed the burritos we had at La Taqueria, were hands down the best burrito we have ever had, EVER. It was AMAZING! If you are ever in San Francisco you have to go here and eat. Last year, it was crowned as having the best burrito in the country. Here is a link to the article from FiveThirtyEight. I can now say I have had the best burrito in the world!!! I dream about this burrito at night and can't wait to get back into the city to have one!

| Waiting for our AMAZING burrito. |
| Not a beautiful picture, but it is only because I had to force myself to stop inhaling it half way through. I only stopped long enough to snap a quick picture. I think this was the first time I ever finished a whole burrito, no joke! |
After we finished eating we decided to walk to Union Square. It was kind of a long walk, but we needed to work off those delicious burritos!
| Mattie was intrigued by these. haha |
The Christmas decorations in Union Square were beautiful! Mattie had a blast running, looking at lights, and eating ice cream (to hot for hot chocolate).
| Finally made it to Union Square |
| And…there was this guy. Need I say more? |
| Mattie's selfie. She was super excited!!! |
| Gazing at the Christmas Tree! |
Yesterday Mattie had her Christmas play date. We have a group of moms and kids that we get together with on a regular basis, and one of the moms put together this really cute play date.
| Decorating gingerbread houses. |
| They also decorated cookies :) |
| Santa even stopped by for a visit! (Why is it the picture that you want the most, the one that you mess up?!?!) |
| Opening her book from Santa! |
| A little play time with her friends. |
Busy couple of weeks here for the Corrigan Family! Can't wait to see most of you for the Christmas Holidays!!!!!! We are so pumped!!!!
XOXO
