That There Is An RV Clark!

What is Christmas without a Christmas Vacation reference.  I think I have watched that movie at least five times this Christmas.  It always gets me in the Christmas spirit. This has been a very busy Christmas for the Corrigans aka the "Griswolds".  First off we caught a 6:00 a.m. flight from San Fran to the ATL on Saturday the  21st.  This meant we had to get up around 2:30 a.m.  That was fun!  Even though we were getting up in the middle of the night it actually ended up working out perfectly.  Mattie slept for half the flight and we were here in Georgia by mid-day.
Airport breakfasts are always yummy!

Just playing around with dad!

Ready for take off!

Adam's Dad picked us up from the airport and he brought me a wonderfully delicious sweet tea!  It was the bee's knees!!

Adam's Mom went with me to take Mattie to see Santa.  I was so curious to see how Mattie would do this year.  The first year it was nothing, she just sat there.  Year two she screamed her head off.  Year three…back to nothing.  No smile, no tears, just plain nothing!  I can't believe she has grown so much. Lots of changes in each of her Santa pictures.  My sweet Mattie is growing so fast!
Waiting to see Santa.

Always fun to get a selfie while waiting in line :)

Year 3
It has been so much fun being back in Georgia for the holidays!  We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas Eve with Adam's family.  Earlier in the day Mattie and Keegan made some cookies for Santa since we were all waking up at CC and Grampa's on Christmas morning.  We of course had the traditional Christmas Eve Lasagna for dinner (Adam and I were both looking forward to eating his mom's lasagna.  So yum!) along with Christmas Crackers, funny hats and jokes in awesome accents.
Little Molly Beck.  My Christmas Eve BFF!  Such sweetness!

Adam's Grandma Gert or 3G as the kids call her, with all of the great grandkids

Cowgirl Mattie

Always laughs with Grampa

These two together are trouble.

Being big helpers

Ready to decorate cookies!

These two are my favorite!  I am so blessed!

Christmas Eve Dinner wearing fun paper hats.

Maybe thinking of his accent stressed Jungle Matt (as Mattie calls him) out.

Even little Molly got in on the paper hat action.

Santa and his helpers

What could it be????

Here 3G let me help you with that...

Mattie made some presents for the fam.

How cute are these two?!?

Great gift Grampa and CC.  She only took about a million pictures that night.
Christmas Day was spent with my family.  We woke up and did Christmas morning at Adam's parent's house and then got ready and headed over to my grandma's for Christmas dinner and fun.

I love my little family!

Auntie Heather as usual went a little over board.

Hey read me and story and I will pass out before you get to page 2!

My bestie and my Grandma

Best friends having such a good time together.

All the ladies and Ethan :)

Having your family as your best friends is so awesome! We are so lucky!
On Friday after Christmas our friends Eddy and Trisha hosted a little party for us.  It was so awesome to be able to see all of our friends and spend some time together.  It was such a great night.  It felt like home :)  Thank you Eddy and Trisha!
Mattie and Lilly rocking out.

Ella, Mattie and Lilly were so cute playing together.

Sweet little baby Tyler.  He is just toats-adorbs!

Love these girls!

Lauren, Me, Michelle, and Trisha.  I have missed these girls so much!

Adam headed back to California this morning (insert sad face here) and Mattie and I will be heading back next week.  We still have some more family and friends to visit before we go.

We have had such a wonderful Christmas.  We were so blessed to be able to come home and be with our family and friends.  We sure have missed you all!  We hope you all had an amazing holiday season with your family and friends.  Lots of love to you all!

XOXO
